Stopped by an Estate Sale yesterday and wow, did I have a good time. This little juice set and carousel cookie tin are just a couple of my finds! Be sure to shop for fun vintage finds on Etsy.com and search all tags for vmteamearth for a Great Earth Day Sale with lots of my stuff in it!
Because of popular demand, I will be heading up the ordering of G-Dub t-shirts again. We are ready for summer short sleeved shirts! Yea! I just put out the info today to the Mutha's of the Band. I have some questions, so have added a poll to this site. Welcome any and all G-dub Muthas that visit my page. Enjoy!
I am extremely proud of my involvement with Navy Moms. Ive made many really good friends on the site and have learned much. Many good solid shoulders to cry on. Ive received and given advice, we have shared sorrows and joys...the internet is fabulous!
Wow...the day is already flying by and its Wednesday! Yikes....
I'm having so much fun with my Etsy Shop. It has given me endless hours of fun. ALL my creative outlets ( or diseases, if you prefer) can be fed through this fun online web shop. I can sew, quilt, or "hunt" for vintage items to post. Most of the fun is the thrill of watching the numbers of views and the adrenaline rush when a sale is made!
This California pottery USA piece I found at my favorite thrift store in Omaha on Monday. It should be listed by the days end. It is so pretty!
I taught a class on " How to set up your Etsy Shop" last night at our Library, but only one gentleman came. Oh well, I guess Etsy will remain a really well kept secret... for a while anyway.
If you like to shop online...check it out...its www.etsy.com My shop can be found by clicking the sidebar mini shop on this page...or go to http://www.katsfabricsnmore.etsy.com
You all know me and the floral bug...I cant keep away from them. I used them for both of my kitty quilts I made and now am working on a small-ish quilt to list on Etsy( www.katsfabricsnmore.etsy.com ) I'm posting these pics of the quilt in process for my Etsy friend, Carolyn. She already purchased a quilt from me and wants another! I hope she will like it. These are sort of string blocks and will be set alternately with this periwinkle background. I will add a pretty border and fun quilting. Hard to imagine at this point, all flat and creased, but I just know it is going to be really pretty.
